Welcome to all new Humber and University of Guelph-Humber students!

For orientation, the library has virtual self-guided tours and workshops to help you prepare for your courses:

1. Introducing our online library tour:  A self-guided online orientation featuring videos and short activities, students will explore the library website, learn about library supports and services, search Discover and more. This tour takes no longer than 10-15 minutes to complete.

2.  Library welcome and drop-in: Join us for an informal, online drop-in to ask questions and find out more about library resources, spaces and services. Learn about accessing books, textbooks, online resources, research help, the Idea Lab and more. Spin the Library Orientation Wheel to learn more, and enter to win prizes!

3. For international students: The library is also hosting online workshops through the International Centre for new students. Dates and times are listed below. Please contact the International Centre for more information on how to attend these workshops.

  • January 11th at 2:00pm
  • January 19th at 9:00am

4. Learn more about our online collections, services and how to get research support by visiting: How to Use the Library Online.

Good luck with the new semester everyone!
